**What You’ll Do**
- Install custom signage (interior and exterior, illuminated and non-illuminated)
- Read blueprints, site plans, and rigging diagrams with precision
- Operate boom trucks and aerial equipment safely and confidently
- Collaborate with clients on-site to ensure a great experience
- Mentor junior team members and support their growth
- Work closely with sales, pre-production, and shop teams
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
**What You Bring**
- A mechanical mindset and a strong attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Clear communication and a friendly, team-focused attitude
- Flexibility and the ability to manage shifting priorities
**Requirements**:
- Boom truck certification (required)
- Experience with aerial work platforms, crane trucks, or bucket trucks (an asset)
- WHMIS, Fall Protection, Forklift certifications (an asset)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to work at heights and outdoors year-round
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to travel out of town on relatively short notice
As a Blanchett Installer, you’ll also become a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local 424 in Edmonton.
