Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Assist with billing, invoicing, and maintaining office records
- Coordinate appointments and manage schedules
- Assist with a variety of marketing, real-estate, clinic management and operational tasks
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Utilize MS Office (Excel & Word), Project Management Software, and other computerized systems.
- Support the team with any necessary administrative and operations tasks and needs

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years experience in a office management, coordinator or support role.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Project Management, and other computerized programs.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong multi-tasking skills and a quick learner
- Full G license with own vehicle

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
