Are you up for a challenge in the world of high-tech? We'd love to have you on board Eddyfi Technologies is looking for a Quality Coordinator & Lead Auditor to join our team.

**Your daily life**:
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating quality assurance-related activities for all Eddyfi Technologies sites. You will also be responsible for the architecture and maintenance of the quality assurance system, as well as its associated business processes.

**In this role, you will**:

- Certifications & Quality Processes
- Ensures maintenance of ISO 9001 & ISO/IEC 17025 certifications, and consistency of processes for all Eddyfi Technologies sites;
- Works with site managers to set up, maintain and improve processes;
- Works with the sales support department to review customer contracts (where applicable) to verify that Eddyfi Technologies meet the stated quality assurance requirements. Identifies and communicates exceptions necessary to ensure that entered into contracts can be met;
- Ensures that all employees receive the necessary training related to their position in the quality management system;
- As lead auditor, coordinates the implementation of the internal audit schedule with the collaboration of the various Eddyfi Technologies sites. Assigns internal auditors and participates in the execution of audit activities. Supports the various Eddyfi Technologies sites when applicable;
- Participates in the evaluation and approval of suppliers as required, conducts quarterly and annual reviews of suppliers in collaboration with the Manufacturing Quality Specialist and the procurement group;
- Actively participates in the preparation of quality management system management reviews;
- Coordinates the implementation of performance indicators for Eddyfi Technologies' sites;
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement activities at operations.
- Non-Conformities and Corrective Action Requests
- Coordinates non-conformance management activities for the Quebec City site in collaboration with the Manufacturing Quality Specialist. Follows up with the various managers when applicable;
- Coordinates corrective action requests in an efficient and effective manner; Investigates customer complaints and recommends corrective actions. Follows up to ensure corrective action requests are resolved in a timely and complete manner.
- Management and monitoring of measurement equipment (EM&E)
- Performs quality control of measurement and testing equipment (ME&E) upon return from the calibration process. Ensures certificate compliance and updates internal records as required. Ensures that non-conformance is addressed as required.
- Other duties as required in support of the department and the company.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- College or university education in an appropriate field or relevant experience;
- 7 to 10 years of relevant experience;
- Have implemented or thoroughly reviewed a quality assurance system;
- Have concrete achievements as an agent of change;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Autonomy, enthusiasm and ability to work in a team;
- Good communication skills (oral, written, and interpersonal communication);
- Advanced English, Oral and Written;
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 & ISO/IEC 17025:2017;
- General knowledge of Manufacturing Systems (ERP);
- Ability to pay close attention to detail and accuracy;
- Ability to analyze data using Microsoft Excel.
