Thomis Electric is a Vancouver Island electrical contractor servicing local communities, businesses, and residents for 35 years. Over this time period, our company has successfully collaborated with contractors and institutions to complete projects in a variety of industries including but not limited to health care buildings, academic facilities, municipal service buildings, and commercial institutions. Our experience with a variety of projects makes our team highly skilled in designing new electrical systems for modern buildings and servicing aging legacy facilities.

**Job description**

DUTIES (include but not limited to)
Reception‐general office support‐filing, prepare documents.
Receive deliveries and notify recipients
Assist in updating company documents
Project administration, panel cards, printing of drawings, prepare manuals, etc.
Track project budgets, material, hours, create/increase/delete/release/track POs, manage construction
schedules, report, and follow up on discrepancies.
Communicate with Project managers, follow up on change order approvals.
Prepare/submit job close out documents‐follow up on outstanding PO amounts
Assist in RFP submissions
Act as a company representative at site meetings.
Work with and support Project managers, Foreman and Field staff.
Compile and submit close out documents for projects.

**Salary**: $31,488.00-$87,693.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
