Reporting to the Loyalty Program Manager, the Loyalty Program Specialist will contribute to the success of all initiatives related to the customer loyalty program (Aeroplan). They will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations and enhancing the member experience, participating in the definition and execution of program strategies and tactics.
Description
- Suggest ideas & identify opportunities to improve program’s KPIs, customer retention and market share.
- Collaborate with marketing, eCommerce and sales teams to ensure program visibility & content accuracy.
- Lead operations & take on project management for program enhancements, coordinating with all internal stakeholders.
- Continuously assess and anticipate impacts of all initiatives on each component of the ecosystem (customers, accounting, IT, customer relations, etc.)
- Manage members’ claims and review program policies, always focusing on the member experience with a loyalty mindset.
- Build & report on campaign and program performance.
- Collaborate with Air Canada & Aeroplan on co-branded loyalty campaigns.
- Manage points’ crediting to members for tactical initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- A post-secondary degree in Business, Marketing or any other studies relevant to the position
- Minimum 2-year experience in customer insights, customer engagement, or any related relevant fields
- Expertise in digital marketing, eCommerce, customer analytics and/or project management
- Experience in the travel industry, an asset
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities
- Results-oriented
- Influencing and persuasion skills
- Ability to juggle conflicting priorities while completing projects successfully
- Bilingual English and French, written and spoken
