Your day-to-day responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of financial analysts within the Financial Analysis and Planning department.
- Ensure that strategic recommendations are made to improve operational efficiency or financial resource allocation.
- Supervise financial analysis projects, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance with departmental objectives.
- Oversee in-depth financial modeling projects, forecasts and scenario analyses (including breakeven) to support business planning processes and business decision-making (station openings, relocations, closures, expansions, equipment purchases).
- Coach and plan the development of critical thinking and qualitative feedback for the team.
- Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and analyze financial data for budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis. Ensure deadlines are set, tracked and communicated.
- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess financial performance and provide actionable recommendations. Lead monthly business discussions to support operational and financial performance.

Qualifications sought:

- Bachelor's degree in administration or accounting;
- CPA designation or in process (required);
- 3 to 7 years' experience as a financial analyst; management experience an asset.
- Bilingual (English and French);
- Capable of simplifying operational activities and transposing them into a financial context;
- Flexibility, collaboration and initiative;
- Advanced Excel (Formulas, Language Query, an asset).
