**Role**: The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst reports to the Director of FP&A and works closely with the members of the finance team as well as functions across the organization. The FP&A team consists of 3 people. You will play a key role in our financial planning processes and in providing senior management and other key stakeholders the financial insight required to make strategic decisions and establish business strategies to help achieve financial and operational objectives

**Your Day with Equisoft**:

- Build budgets and rolling forecasts based on quantitative analysis of key business drivers
- Build and manage financial databases by organizing and analyzing different data sources
- Prepare succinct and clear financial reports in support of board and leadership team meetings and earnings reporting by collecting, analyzing, formatting, and presenting information
- Use your expertise to design, implement and update dashboards and performance indicators that will contribute to strategic decision-making
- Provide pricing and deal profitability analysis support for the sales team and management to ensure quotations accuracy and profitability
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare financial models and business cases to support new investment, M&A and other strategic business decisions
- Actively participate in various special projects

**Requirements**:
**Technical**
- A degree in finance, accounting, or related field with CPA, CFA, MBA
- 2+ years in finance, accounting, investment banking, or corporate finance
- Advanced level of Excel and PowerPoint, ability to understand, query and manipulate various data sources
- Excellent knowledge of French & English (spoken and written)
- Excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities

**Nice to Haves**:

- Experience in corporate FP&A role
- Experience using budget planning tools (ideally Workday Adaptive) and / or business intelligence solutions is an asset
- Experience with SaaS, professional services and go-to-market metrics and drivers (retention, ARR growth, CAC, LTV, utilization, sales, and marketing efficiency, funnel metrics, sales compensation plans, etc.) is an asset
