You’ll be the go-to person for customers, techs, and suppliers. One moment you're booking an appointment, the next you're sorting out a warranty or finding a missing part. You’ll help keep the whole show running smoothly — without needing to turn a wrench.

**Here’s What Your Day Might Look Like**:

- Booking in a repair job and getting all the info right the first time
- Greeting a customer who just rolled up with a trailer issue — and making them feel taken care of
- Making sure the shop schedule is humming and the techs know what’s next
- Following up with a supplier about a part that’s holding things up
- Closing off a job, collecting payment, and high-fiving the team for a job well done

**What You Bring to the Team**:

- You’re the kind of person who color-codes their calendar (or wishes everyone else did)
