MarkIt Signs is a full-service sign and graphics company in Prince Albert. We design, produce, and install everything from vehicle wraps to storefront signs — and we’re looking for a positive, reliable team player to help keep things running smoothly.
**About the Role**
We’re looking for a mature, upbeat person who’s great with people and thrives in a busy environment. You’ll be the friendly face at our front counter, helping customers with quotes and orders, coordinating jobs, and keeping the shop organized when our installers and designers are on the road or job sites.
Training will begin in our production area so you can learn materials, tools, and how signs are made — it’s the best way to understand the quoting process and products we offer. From there, you’ll grow into a key customer-facing and coordination role.
**What You’ll Do**
- Greet customers and assist with quotes, payments, and order details
- Prepare and send estimates using our quoting system (training provided)
- Schedule site visits and occasionally meet customers for measurements or photos
- Keep the office and front area organized and professional
- Help with light production tasks or cleaning when needed
- Work with the production team to ensure jobs are completed accurately and on time
- Step up to “run the fort” when the team is out on installs
**We’re Looking For Someone Who Is**
- Friendly, confident, and professional with customers
- Organized and detail-oriented
- A great communicator and problem solver
- Willing to jump in and help wherever needed
- Comfortable learning new software and tools
- Has a valid driver’s license (for occasional site visits)
**Bonus Points If You Have**
- Experience in sales, admin, or customer service
- Knowledge of signage, printing, or quoting systems
- Basic computer/design knowledge (Corel, Canva, or similar)
**Perks**
- $20-$25/hr depending on experience
- Monday to Friday daytime hours (no evenings or weekends)
