**Job Summary**

Epic One is seeking organized, confident, and detail-oriented **Shoot Coordinators** to help execute high-quality video productions for our growing roster of clients. As the liaison between our clients and film team, you’ll be responsible for coordinating shoot logistics, ensuring smooth on-site execution, and helping our filmers and clients stay aligned and prepared.

**Key ResponsibilitiesPre-Shoot Coordination**
- Schedule filming days by coordinating availability between clients and filmers
- Confirm locations, time, shoot goals, wardrobe/prop requirements, and special considerations with both sides
- Ensure the filmer has all the necessary gear and briefed content direction
- Prepare and share shot lists or call sheets when applicable
- Send reminders and confirmations to all parties before shoot day

**On-Site Execution**
- Be present at the shoot location to act as the point-of-contact between client and filmer
- Ensure the filmer stays on schedule and captures all required content
- Communicate client requests, preferences, or last-minute changes to the film team
- Troubleshoot issues (e.g., location access, lighting/weather conditions, missing elements)
- Represent Epic One professionally at all times, upholding our standard of service and creativity

**Post-Shoot Follow-Up**
- Provide shoot recap to internal team (notes on content captured, any issues, suggestions for post-production)
- Collect behind-the-scenes content (photos/videos) for social use, when applicable
- Gather client feedback if needed

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you’re confident with clients and reliable with creatives
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Comfortable being on-site and taking initiative
- Experience in content creation, video production, or client-facing roles preferred
- Flexible availability, especially during weekdays and occasional weekends
- Driver’s license and access to reliable transportation is an asset
- Bonus: Experience with production planning, call sheets, or creative projects

**Nice to Have**
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Google Calendar, Slack, Trello, or Frame.io
- Basic understanding of video shoot terminology and roles
- Interest in creative industries (marketing, social media, entertainment)
