**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Greet our guests and be the ambassador of the brand
- Introduce yourself and welcome our guests by name
- Assign seating, present menus and escort to the table
- Maintain and update Libro reservation system
- Reservation detail - number of guests, children, date, time, special needs, dietary restrictions/allergies, preferences (patio, window, private room, etc) and any special occasion
- Update daily reservations and share all details and personalization with the service team and culinary team (reservation cover counts and special instructions)
- Balance the distribution of covers between service team evenly
- Record all cancellations in the reservation software.

**DESCRIPTION**
- Accueillir les clients et être un ambassadeur de la marque
- Se présenter et souhaiter la bienvenue au client par leur nom
- Assigner une table, escorter les clients à leur table et remettre les menus
- Gérer toutes les demandes par téléphone ou courriel (réservation, annulation, modification)
- Maintenir et mettre à jour les réservations dans le système Libro:

- Détails de la réservation : nombre d’invités, enfants, date, heure, besoins particuliers, restrictions alimentaires/allergies, préférences (terrasse, fenêtre, salle privée, etc.) ou occasion spéciale
- Mettre à jour les réservations quotidiennes et partager les détails et besoins de personnalisation avec l’équipe de service et de cuisine (nombre de couverts et instructions spéciales)
- S’assurer d’une répartition équilibrée entre les serveuses et les serveurs.
- Noter les annulations dans le logiciel de réservations.
