**This is a 12-month assignment in Tunis, Tunisia.**

The mandate stems from the Equality in Action Voluntary Cooperation Program (PCV), which is being rolled out in 12 countries and 3 regions over an eight-year period (2020-2028). The PCV aims to increase the involvement of local partners in developing countries in inclusive, innovative and sustainable development initiatives that will advance gender equality. Oxfam's role is to support these organizations, working with the most vulnerable and marginalized people, to claim and exercise their rights. Oxfam puts the rights of women, girls and vulnerable and marginalized people at the heart of everything we do.

**Here's what your daily life will look like**:
Working closely with the Oxfam team and in-country partners, your mandate will be to:

- Provide technical support to program design, implementation and evaluation.
- Collaborate with teams to organize national and regional learning events.
- With team members, ensure the integration of qualitative elements into programs (Sahara region).
- Develop the program quality capacity building plan, implement capacity building initiatives and mobilize resources for training and coaching.
- Participate in the integration of gender and feminist principles into programming and design a system to monitor the integration process.
- Contribute to the collection, verification and presentation of data and results for the annual report.

**For this mandate you must**:

- Be a Canadian citizen or have permanent resident status in Canada.
- Have university degree in social sciences, program management, monitoring and evaluation or another relevant field.
- Have 3 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation of emergency and/or development projects/programs.
- Have Good knowledge of Power BI-visualization tool) and in the use of SPSS, EViews or Stata.
- Have experience in training and facilitating learning assessments.
- Be fluent in English and French, spoken and written (required);
- Master the Office suite.

- A volunteer support program during your mandate and up to two months after your return to Canada
