Tunisia - Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability

**This is a 12-month assignment in Tunis, Tunisia.**:
The mandate stems from the Equality in Action Voluntary Cooperation Program (PCV), which is being rolled out in 12 countries and 3 regions over an eight-year period (2020-2028). The PCV aims to increase the involvement of local partners in developing countries in inclusive, innovative and sustainable development initiatives that will advance gender equality. Oxfam's role is to support these organizations, working with the most vulnerable and marginalized people, to claim and exercise their rights. Oxfam puts the rights of women, girls and vulnerable and marginalized people at the heart of everything we do.
**Here's what your daily life will look like**:
Working closely with Oxfam MEAL managers and partners, your mandate will be to:
**Monitoring**
- Track of the national level data for the projects (contextual indicators).
- Assist in the development of periodic monitoring and evaluation and reporting processes, as well as the integration of monitoring activities into project activity plans.
- Develop metrics and tools to measure the impact of CSO activities on advocacy and policy influece;
- Facilitating co-construction and learning workshops with partners for the development and implementation of the MEAL framework.
**Evaluation**
- Conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the projects, engaging all the partners in Egypt & Tunisia as well as an endline evaluation of the projects when requested.
**Learning**
- Contribute in qualitative data collection and analysis for the development of different tools.
- Develop a structured learning and capitalization process to document and share lessons learned throughout the project's implementation.
- Facilitate cross-organizational learning and knowledge-sharing platforms.
- Contribute to the development and the implementation of the project learning agenda.
**For this mandate you must**:
- Be a Canadian citizen or have permanent resident status in Canada.
- Have a university degree in social sciences, program management, Monitoring and Evaluation or other relevant field.
- Have 3 years of experience in project monitoring and evaluation and project implementation.
- Have a good command of SPSS, DATA, Atlas Ti
- Be fluent in English and French, spoken and written (required);
- Master the Office suite
