The Cité Rive residence is located in a prestigious environment and in an enchanting setting overlooking a pretty park along the majestic Rivière-des-Prairies. The Cité Rive residence is first and foremost about the quality of life in Montreal, with the proximity of all its services, access to its many entertainments and all its resources.
We are currently looking for a Quality of Life Advisor - Full-Time Rental Agent, 40 hours a week, 1 weekend out of 3 to join our team.
**ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Analyze client needs
- Make appointments
- Manage visits and negotiate rental contracts
- Monitor the integration of a new resident
- Prepare rental activity reports and process renewal requests on demand
- Prepare rental contracts
- Rent out vacant apartments in the building
- Respond to residents' needs quickly and efficiently
- Stay on top of the trends in the rental market for the region
**EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:
- 1 year of relevant experience will be considered an important asset
- A good working knowledge of sales techniques
- A working knowledge of the software system Hopem (an asset)
- Good team player
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (an asset)
