You will be making a difference everyday by providing the highest quality of nursing care to our clients in their community. This includes but not limited to palliative, pediatric, wound care, intravenous therapy, and health teaching chronic disease prevention.
As the primary care planner to your clients, you have the autonomy and flexibility to provide a holistic approach to care while increasing your skills through our comprehensive training, mentorship and preceptorship programs.

**Area of work**:We are looking for visiting nurses to support our clients in the City of Sarnia including Brights Grove and Camlachie.

**Availability**: Available to see clients Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm, available every other weekend and will be required to be added to the on call rotation.

Job Qualification

Positions open to **RPNs/ LPNs** who have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing and hold a current registration with the provincial licensing body.
**Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle**
