Coordinates care of patients in an ambulatory outpatient clinic environment.
Works collaboratively with physicians, and clerical support staff
to facilitate and direct holistic, high level and cost effective care for patient with
neurological disorders. Contributes to ensuring there is a safe environment for
patients, staff and visitors.

**Qualifications**:

- Current Registration with College of Nurses of Ontario
- Expertise in medical assessment skills and sound knowledge of clinical therapeutics is needed
- Ability to exhibit a high degree of clinical competence in caring for patients with neurological disorders. 5 years of clinical practice preferred
- Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team, patients, families, and general public
- Ability to be self-directed in their practice required
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Knowledge of data collection, data analysis and information systems with strong computer and information technology skills and a genuine interest in new technology
- Good attendance record
