**Position**: RPN
- **Hours**:Monday to Friday; 8:30am - 5:00pm**Type**:Full-Time, Permanent**Location**:Kitchener ClinicThe primary focus of the Clinic Registered Practical Nurse would be to work independently conducting medical assessments and Physical Abilities Testing and other duties as assigned by management at DriverCheck Clinics - Kitchener. You will be responsible for working in conjunction with the clinic team and leadership.**What we offer**:

**Primary duties and responsibilities**:

- Conduct physical examinations and Physical Abilities Testing at the clinic.
- Organize and maintain paperwork flow and process;
- Work with clinic team to manage exceptional client experience.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

**What you need to be successful in the role**:

- Must be a licensed RPN in Ontario in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario;
- Excellent medical assessment skills;
- Physical Abilities Testing skills an asset but not required;
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to multi-task, prioritizing and managing time effectively in order to optimize productivity and meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
- Conceptual thinker with exceptional analytical skills, able to identify challenges and develop a critical path to solve problems;
- Results oriented, strive to achieve high levels of individual and organizational performance;
- Conscientious, flexible and adaptable;
