**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mechanical Service Manager to join our team. As an Mechanical Service Manager, you will be responsible to oversee and help develop a busy equipment services/parts department for a commercial cleaning company. The successful applicant would be responsible to:
**Responsibilities**:

- Have a working knowledge of small engines, and battery operated cleaning equipment. Preferably with direct experience in propane powered burnishers, and battery operated auto scrubbers.
- Will be responsible for hiring, training, organizing and maintaining a team of service technicians, dispatching service calls across the country, in Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario and New Brunswick.
- Organizing and maintaining a parts department, sourcing parts from various suppliers, as is most cost effective.
- Previous experience in a dealership parts/service department an asset
- Must be proficient with basic office suite on PC, experience with a CRM is also an asset.
- Use problem solving techniques well to work within a team based system.
- The department is based in London Ontario, with techs in 4 different provinces.
- Some travel is required, as well as flexible hours.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in equipment management or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of market trends and pricing for equipment procurement
- Ability to develop and deliver training programs
- Familiarity with sales processes and techniques
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $70,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
