The primary goal of the Assistant Manager is to make guests feel welcome and ensure their satisfaction at Novo Spa.

**The position**:

- Assists with Front Desk activities, works toward improving sales and efficiencies, analyzes customer feedback, manages guest complaints, customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provides ideas and initiatives to increase sales (promotions, social media).
- Has a key role in ensuring the spa facility is maintained impeccable.

**This position is responsible for**
- Managing the Spa Coordinator’s team (front desk staff).
- Coordinates the scheduling and training (new contractors) of the Registered Massage Therapists team.
- Supports the Owner in managing Estheticians team.

**Requirements of the Job**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service**
**- Minimum 1 year of experience in a management type role**
- Customer service oriented, able to handle stressful situations and maintain a positive attitude, able to multitask under pressure.
- Leadership, decision-making, communication, organizational and computer skills are requirements of the job.
- **Most be able to back up Front Desk staff unplanned absences (or ensures the position is backed up with other Spa Coordinator)**
**- Must be able to work weekends.**

**Salary**: $25.00 per hour
