We are currently looking for a seasonal **Junior Foreperson** to join our group of longstanding, devoted employees. The **Junior Foreperson** will assist with planning, organization, controls and evaluation of the activities of their project and teams with a goal to safely complete all projects on time and on budget, under the direction of the Construction Managers.

**Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to**:

- Discuss daily plans with Construction Managers and crew, follow instructions for the job and ensure completion to high company standards.
- Oversee and conduct weekly tailgate meetings.
- Assist in loading and unloading of materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Perform vehicle and equipment circle checks accurately, ensuring that defects are reported.
- Quality Control - ensuring all completed projects meet company standards, providing solutions if deficient. Verbally report any concerns to management.
- Complete crew time and inventory sheets accurately.
- Interact with clients on site when needed, provide exceptional customer service in a polite and courteous manner.
- Other related duties as required.

**Experience and other requirements**:

- Previous leadership experience in landscaping, golf course maintenance, and/or general construction required.
- Manual dexterity and proficiency in working with hand tools.
- Willing to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting 50 lbs. repeatedly.
- Flexible to work days/nights/weekends, and occasionally out of town.
- Previous health and safety training is highly regarded (Working at Heights, WHMIS, etc.).
- A valid drivers’ license and clean driving record is required.
