Our goal is to provide our customers with the best prices, information and expert advice when considering selling their valuables.

**About the Position**:
We are hiring for a part-time AND a full-time customer service position. You will sit down with our customers to accurately determine the authenticity and value of their items. We are looking for someone who will provide great customer service - all training on gold testing and evaluation will be provided.

Other responsibilities include keeping the store clean and organized, some administrative tasks

We are looking to hire someone who is motivated, hardworking, and eager to learn. There will be great opportunity for advancement in the company as the online sales division continues to grow.
- Great customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- To be self-motivated and results driven.
- To have a proven interest in learning and development.
- Familiarity and comfort with computers and math.

**What else we look for**:
While not required, experience with jewellery or jewellery sales is an asset.

Your duties as a Precious Metals Analyst:

- Accurately assess customers’ precious metals in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Work on other tasks and projects as assigned.

**Hours**

We are hiring for a FT and PT position. Hours will vary depending on needs.

2+ years of customer service experience.
