The Pendennis Weddings and Events team is driven by excellence. **Responsibilities**
- Craft and serve exceptional cocktails, ensuring the highest standards of quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Engage with guests in a professional and friendly manner, providing personalized recommendations based on their preferences.
- Maintain knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, ingredients, and techniques.
- Provide superior customer service by anticipating and fulfilling guest needs.
- Uphold the Pendennis standards for cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Ensure proper handling of all liquor and bar equipment, following all safety protocols and AGLC rules.
- Manage bar inventory throughout events.
- Handle cash and processing payments accurately.
- Contribute to a positive team environment, assisting other bartenders and staff as needed.
- Stay updated on the latest cocktail trends, innovative techniques, and premium spirits to continuously elevate the bar offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a bartender, preferably in a high-end or upscale venue/restaurant.
- Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes, spirits, and bartending techniques.
- Proven ability to craft a wide range of cocktails, including classic and custom creations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with guests and provide exceptional service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
- A refined sense of presentation and style in serving drinks.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a passion for the hospitality industry.
- Desire to work hard to achieve excellence
