**Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to build a strong team.
- Maintain inventory control and manage supplies to minimize waste.
- Implement effective marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Proven experience bartending in a cocktail bar.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, safety standards, and restaurant management practices.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Experience with inventory management and budgeting processes is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

**Pay**

Salary/Pay will be based on experience. Since you will be working on the floor, you will be receiving tips.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
