We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Automotive Product Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor, assisting customers over the phone to help them make informed decisions about purchasing vehicles. Your expertise in automotive products and your ability to communicate effectively will be key to providing exceptional service to our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with potential customers via phone, listening to their needs and advising them on the best vehicle options based on their preferences, budget, and lifestyle.
- Provide detailed information about vehicle features, specifications, and available options.
- Explain various financing and leasing options, helping customers understand their choices.
- Assist customers in comparing different vehicle models and guide them through the decision-making process.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our vehicle inventory, promotions, and industry trends.
- Develop strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and drive repeat business.
- Follow up with leads to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities.
- Accurately record customer interactions, inquiries, and follow-up actions in our CRM system.
- Meet and exceed sales goals and performance metrics.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in automotive sales, customer service, or product advisory roles is a plus.
- Strong phone communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Deep knowledge of automotive products, including vehicle specifications, features, and trends (training will be provided).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns effectively.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfort with using CRM software and other sales tools.

Note: This is a commission-based role with no fixed salary.

Pay: $8,252.00-$15,124.00 per month

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
