We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated Car Sales Consultants to join our dynamic team at our car dealership. This position offers a commission-based salary, providing the opportunity for significant earnings based on your performance and sales success. If you have a passion for automobiles, excellent communication skills, and a drive to succeed, we would love to hear from you

We teach you all the fundamentals to advance in the automotive industry whether it be Team Leader, Sales Manager, Finance manager, or the best sales representative you can be. We train you to be leaders in the industry all while making more money than ever thought possible.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers in selecting the right car for their needs and budget
- Conduct test drives and provide product demonstrations
- sell additional features, accessories, and service packages
- Provide sales support by answering customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
- Negotiate pricing and financing options to close sales
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Collaborate with the sales management team to meet sales targets
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends

**Requirements**:

- **VSA Licence, a positive attitude, and the willingness to learn is a must**:

- Previous experience in car sales or a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of dealership operations and sales processes
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail

Pay: $8,252.00-$15,124.00 per month
