**What You’ll Do**:
Lead Leasing Strategy & Performance
- Develop and execute leasing strategies that drive strong occupancy, revenue growth, and long-term portfolio performance
- Stay ahead of market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activity to keep our properties competitive

Build & Lead a High-Performance Team
- Recruit, coach, and inspire Leasing Specialists to consistently exceed leasing targets
- Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and results, where wins are celebrated and growth is encouraged

Drive Leasing Excellence
- Oversee lease negotiations, approvals, and compliance across the portfolio
- Ensure a seamless, professional leasing journey from first inquiry to signed lease

Partner with Marketing to Attract Renters
- Collaborate with our in-house marketing team to launch compelling campaigns that attract ideal residents
- Leverage digital platforms, CRM tools, and creative outreach to keep our communities top of mind

Elevate the Resident Experience
- Champion exceptional service and relationship-building with prospective and current residents
- Implement retention strategies that build loyalty and reduce turnover

Track Results & Optimize Performance
- Analyze leasing metrics, forecasts, and financial data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Share insights and strategic recommendations with senior leadership

Ensure Compliance & Risk Management
- Maintain full compliance with leasing legislation, policies, and best practices
- Proactively identify and resolve issues with professionalism and care

Maintain Property Readiness
- Oversee suite readiness, model units, and curb appeal to ensure properties are always leasing-ready
- Work closely with property management teams to uphold high standards

Innovate & Improve
- Identify and implement tools, systems, and processes that improve efficiency and the leasing experience
- Stay current with industry trends and technology to keep Patry Group ahead of the curve

What You Bring
- Proven leadership experience in residential leasing or property management
- A strong track record of driving occupancy and developing high-performing teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Solid understanding of leasing legislation and market dynamics
- Comfort using leasing software, CRM platforms, and performance reporting tools
