Limestone Property Management is hiring a Leasing Agent to join our team. As one of Kingston's leading property management firms, we manage properties in Kingston, Napanee, Gananoque, Quinte area and Ottawa.

The Leasing Agent plays a key role in our company and must demonstrate strong customer service skills and align with our core values.

Key responsibilities include maintaining properties, marketing them, and screening tenants. The Leasing Agent will foster good relationships with property owners and tenants, contribute positively to the office environment, and represent the company well.

This position will focus on Kingston and surrounding area properties.

This position includes a company vehicle, fuel, a cell phone, and branded apparel.

**Responsibilities**
- Providing prospective tenants with an enhanced leasing experience
- Showing and leasing of available units promptly
- Completion of leasing documentation in accordance with company protocols and reporting deadlines
- Coordinating key and lockbox pickups
- Move-in and move-out inspections
- Assisting in office work as needed in the Leasing Department

**Qualifications**
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- 1-2 years of experience working in a similar leasing or customer service role
- Sales experience is considered an asset
- Completion of a post-secondary education with designation or certificates in property management is considered an asset
- Knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act is considered an asset
- Knowledge of the Kingston Rental Market is considered an asset
- Experience in Social Media marketing is considered an asset
- Ability to work independently including occasional evenings, and weekends (schedule is flexible to accommodate evening and weekend showings)

- Comfortable and adaptable with technology
- Must have a valid G2 or G driver’s license
