**Job description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Ability to restrain dogs and cats, including those fractious.
- Ability to lift and restrain up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to answer phone calls, prioritize duties, and perform reception duties.
- Maintain cleanliness of facilities at all times (i.e. clean exam rooms, surgery suite, treatment area, kennels, etc.)
- Maintain a high level of professionalism with staff and clients.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of animal behavior and how to provide appropriate care for the animals in their care.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management (i.e. cleaning, inventory, stock shelves and rooms, etc.)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.50-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 30 per week
