**Role Overview**:
The M Club Community Manager is responsible for creating and nurturing a vibrant, collaborative, and productive community space. They will act as the primary point of contact for internal and external members, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. The role involves managing daily operations, fostering member engagement, organizing events and maintaining the environment to promote a positive and productive atmosphere.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Community Building & Member Engagement:

- Develop and implement strategies to build a strong, inclusive community.
- Welcome new members and provide orientations to help them integrate.
- Foster connections among members through introductions and facilitating networking opportunities.
- Handle member inquiries and feedback, addressing issues promptly and effectively.

2. Event Planning & Execution:

- Organize and coordinate a variety of events such as workshops, networking events, social gatherings, and professional development sessions.
- Collaborate with external partners and speakers to provide valuable content and opportunities for members.
- Promote events to ensure high attendance and engagement.

3. Operations & Facility Management:

- Oversee the daily operations of the space, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
- Manage facility-related issues such as maintenance, repairs, and supply inventory.
- Implement and enforce community guidelines and policies to maintain a positive atmosphere.

4. Marketing & Outreach:

- Develop marketing strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.
- Create and manage content for social media, the company website, and other marketing channels.
- Represent the space at industry events and local community functions.

5. Member Support & Administration:

- Assist members with administrative tasks, including booking meeting rooms and managing memberships.
- Maintain accurate records of membership details and payments.
- Provide support for IT and office equipment issues.

6. Collaboration with Management:

- Work closely with the senior management team to develop and implement the coworking space's vision and goals.
- Provide regular reports on community activities, membership statistics, and space utilization.

7. Sales and Business Development
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.
- Create and manage content for social media, the company website, and other marketing channels.
- Represent the space at industry events and local community functions.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships and engage with diverse groups of people.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational Skills:Ability to manage multiple tasks and events simultaneously.
- Problem-Solving: Resourceful and proactive in addressing member needs and operational challenges.
- Marketing & Social Media: Experience in creating and executing marketing strategies.
- Event Management: Proven ability to plan, promote, and execute events successfully.
- Tech Savvy: lComfortable using coworking management software, CRM tools, and standard office software.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Previous experience in community management, hospitality, customer service, or a related field.
- Experience in a coworking or shared office environment is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.

**Reporting Structure**:
The M Club Community Manager typically reports to the Operations Manager or the Director of Community & Events, depending on the organization’s structure.

**Job Type**:

- Full-time
- 8 hour shifts
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends for events.

**Location**:

- Markham, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
