We are currently seeking a Project Manager in our Club Operations area. This is a hybrid role that works both in the office and from home.

**Position Details**:

- Lead and manage business and operational projects within Club Operations, and on occasion, in collaboration with a PM from another line of business.
- Manage multiple medium
- and large-size projects, that may span across multiple lines of business
- Provide project management direction and guidance to project teams, adhering to proven project management methodologies
- Define and manage the project charter, budget, scope and project management plan
- Establish performance measures for project members and provide meaningful and timely feedback
- Recommend business operational readiness strategies, processes and end user experiences throughout project lifecycle
- Work in collaboration with business teams to determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion
- Oversee operational management of project support resources. Review and provide input on project documentation.
- Collaborate with resource / business managers to effectively resource projects
- Provide regular updates and information to project stakeholders regarding project progress and emerging issues.

**Experience**:

- Three to five years of project management experience in a business setting
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (or in progress)
- Strong ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve extraordinary results in a high performance culture
- Excellent skills in project management and planning and tools
- Adept in usage of Microsoft office products - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Exemplary communication skills
