We are currently seeking an **Accounting, Intern** based out of our Head Office located in Toronto, Ontario or our satellite office on Calgary, Alberta.

**You will use your expertise to**:

- Assist with gathering back-up support and preparing of Journal Entries.
- Assist in performing account reconciliations.
- Assist with researching/applying/refunding unapplied payments.
- Create and update process flow documentations.
- Enter data into spreadsheets, organize important files and learn from the advice and expertise of the Senior Accountants around them.
- Assisting with recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records.
- Assist preparing invoices, and other documents.
- Working with Accounting software.
- 1 to 2 years minimum experience
- New grads or 3rd or 4th year students welcome to apply
- Knowledge of the full accounting cycle
- Experience with Quick Books, Excel, Adobe
- Able to work in fast paced workplace
- Able to work independently

**Other important information**:
The base hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday, with the potential for extended work hours based on the business needs.
