**Job Summary**:
As a Transition Consultant, you will lead efficiency improvement projects with customers and internal stakeholders. You will scope, design, and deliver solutions that reduce time, manual effort, and utilize the latest product offerings. Projects can include migrations from products that are being retired, evaluating internal service practices for automation opportunities and process improvements, or creating and delivering internal training. As a highly collaborative team member, you are adept at articulating complex concepts and problems in simple terms. You will be a champion for Customers and Professional Services to the entirety of D2L.

This is a non-billable role.

**What you’ll bring to the role**:

- Superb oral and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt communications to your audience to convey complex concepts
- Strong analysis skills when given obscure issues
- Ability to multitask many projects and customer needs using strong organizational skills
- Highly motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a group

**Work Experience Recommendations**:

- Strong relevant work experience
- Proficient with data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, Pandas, or other similar tools
- Experience working with relevant technologies such as SQL, XML, CSV, REST APIs
- Knowledge of common AWS tools
- Experience using and configuring Brightspace
- Experience directly interacting with Customers including senior level leaders

**Education Recommendations**:

- Bachelors degree
