Community Outreach Manager

Scheduling: Full-time (35 hours a week)

**What will you do?**
- Develop and execute a comprehensive community engagement strategy to enhance the visibility and reputation of the company within the education community.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, educational institutions, community organizations, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with key influencers and decision-makers to foster partnerships that align with the company's goals.
- Identify and engage with relevant communities, including schools, educational organizations, nonprofits, and local authorities.
- Create and implement marketing strategies to promote educational programs or initiatives.
- Plan and execute events, workshops, and outreach programs to engage with schools, parents, and local communities.
- Coordinate participation in education fairs, conferences, and other relevant events to showcase the company's offerings.
- Develop compelling content and materials for community outreach initiatives.
- Coordinate the distribution of marketing collateral, newsletters, and other communication materials to targeted stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of community outreach efforts through data analysis and reporting.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and community needs to inform community outreach strategies.
- Conduct research and gather feedback from stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Expand our visibility through media outlets, news channels and articles
**What do you need to succeed?**
- A degree/diploma in marketing, communications, education, or a related field is preferred.
- 5+ years of previous experience in community outreach, marketing, education, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with diverse communities.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships, facilitate partnerships, and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Confidence in delivering presentations and public speaking engagements to various audiences, including educators, parents, and community members.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to plan and execute community outreach initiatives effectively.
- Genuine enthusiasm for education and a belief in the transformative power of technology in learning.
