We're looking for a Manager of Sales who's ready to take charge of growing memberships across multiple clubs, leading a small but mighty team, and driving results through people, passion, and process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and motivate sales teams across all 5 clubs to achieve monthly membership sales goals.
  • Develop and execute local marketing and lead-generation initiatives (social media, outreach, referral programs, events).
  • Manage performance metrics, sales reporting, and conversion strategies.
  • Support club managers and front-line staff with sales coaching and systems training.
  • Collaborate with ownership to develop growth strategies and track progress.

Who You Are:

  • A natural leader with a track record of sales success (fitness, retail, or service industry preferred).
  • Energetic, competitive, and highly organized with excellent communication skills.
  • Confident with KPIs, CRM systems, and lead tracking tools.
  • Able to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
  • Passionate about health, fitness, and helping others succeed.

Hours & Travel:
