Admin Secretary

Overseas Insurance Brokers Corporation (OIBC), an established insurance brokerage that has been providing professional insurance services since 1978.

We are seeking at Admin Secretary / Data Entry

**Responsibilities**
- Data entry: Broker Management System, Company Portals, other general data entry tasks
- Quality assurance of incoming service requests
- Update and maintain client databases
- Communicate with our Insurance Company Partners if troubleshooting is required
- Support our Admin Department when needed
- Assist in taking incoming calls and messages
- Navigate digital manuals to find information that may be required for quality assurance, or tasks like data entry
**Qualifications**
- Languages: English & Mandarin must be fluent
- Languages: Cantonese is an asset.
- Minimum 1-year work experience
- Post-Secondary Education is an Asset
- Computer Skills: Word, Excel, Insurance Web Portal Data Entry, Google Apps,
- Power-Broker / Tam / SigXP / Applied Ratings experience is an asset.
