- What you will do
- Actively collaborate with the Organizational Development team and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on key topics such as performance management, employee engagement, succession planning, talent reviews, and internal mobility
- Assist in the creation of change management strategies, communication plans, and learning materials
- Support research, content curation, and organization for new and ongoing projects
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance the employee experience - Handle administrative tasks related to the OD team’s operations
- Analyze and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Prepare reports and project documentation as needed
