AUTOLOANSERVICES.CA is a Dealership located in Newmarket ON.

We offer Sales, Finance and Service. We have recently opened a state of the art Service Department with two full time technicians.

We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to add to our growing team.

**Job Duties**:

- Greeting customers promptly, scheduling service appointments and receiving vehicle information.
- Listening to requests of the service desired and clearly explaining information on the repair order.
- Referring the technician to the customer and/or test-driving the vehicle to confirm source(s) of service repairs.
- Estimating the cost and time needed to do the repair, taking in to account the customer’s schedule.
- Handling customer complaints and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards
- Periodically checking on the progress of the vehicle during servicing and contacting the customer when technicians discover additional problems; getting customer approval to do additional work, explaining the work performed and the charges being

**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Estimating the cost and time needed for a wide range of repairs
- Welcoming customers and discussing their needs
- Answering customer inquiries, either in person or on the phone
- Develop repair estimates by taking the cost of materials, supplies, and labor into consideration.
- Prepare repair orders by detailing the vehicle’s problems or symptoms.
- Connecting customers to the right auto technician
- Sourcing and ordering parts
- Maintaining automotive records by keeping track of problems and corrective actions
- Periodically checking on the progress of the vehicle during servicing and contacting the customer when technicians discover additional problems; getting customer approval to do additional work, explaining the work performed and the charges being billed
- ** Your Capabilities and Credentials**
- Minimum of 3 year dealership experience in a Service Advisor role **(required)**
- CDK or PBS experience is an asset
- Good Knowledge of Automotive Mechanics & Parts
- Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
- Ability to set and achieve targeted goals
- Must be able to remain calm when customers and/or situations are not
- Organization and follow-up skills
- Experience and desire to work with technology

Pay: $42,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
