**Position Overview**:
This position is **in-person** and based **on-site at our Oakville clinic**. Remote or hybrid arrangements are **not available** for this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the creation and execution of all **marketing strategies** aligned with business goals
- Work closely with our **outsourced marketing agency** to implement strategic campaigns
- Supervise marketing performance and KPIs, ensuring consistent branding and ROI
- Align marketing efforts with the sales team to support lead generation and funnel conversion
- Conduct regular competitive analysis and market research specific to healthcare

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 7 years of marketing experience**, with **at least 3 years in the healthcare industry**:

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and project management skills
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and performance metrics
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

**Important Note**:
This is **strictly a marketing role**. Applicants with primary experience in **business development, operations, or sales strategy** will **not be considered**.

Pay: $75,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
