**Job Duties**
- Manage purchasing activities, including vendor sourcing, quotation review, and contract negotiation
- Oversee contract management for office operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards
- Administer office facility management: maintenance coordination, space planning, and equipment upkeep
- Handle company insurance matters including office/property insurance renewals and claims
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely procurement and service delivery
- Liaise with building management for facility-related issues and maintenance
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures in all general affairs operations
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, assets, and insurance documents
- Provide administrative support to HR and other internal departments as needed
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in general affairs, purchasing, facility or office administration
- Experience with vendor management, purchasing, and contract negotiation
- Familiarity with immigration processes and documentation (work permits, LMIA, etc.) is an asset
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bilingual in English and Korean is an asset

Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
