**Company Description**
Join a collaborative team that values precision, quality, and exceptional service. As a Sawyer, you will play a vital role in quality control, and operation of woodworking machinery, setting up and programming equipment to fabricate or repair wooden parts for our custom cabinetry.
- Operate and maintain woodworking machinery
- Interpret and execute work from technical drawings, cut sheets, and production plans
- Ensure accurate cutting, sizing, and quality control of wood components
- Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Collaborate with the production team to meet timelines and quality standards
- Support other shop operations as needed

**Qualifications**
- ** Experience**: Minimum two (2) years of cabinetry, millwork, or carpentry experience
- ** Machinery Knowledge**: Proficiency with woodworking machines such as beam saw, edge banders, CNC routers and hand/power tools
- ** Technical Skills**: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and cut sheets
- ** Maintenance**: Familiarity with daily maintenance and troubleshooting of woodworking equipment
- ** Physical Requirements**: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and perform tasks involving standing, kneeling, crouching, and climbing
- ** Soft Skills**: Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills; ability to work collaboratively and follow instructions
- ** Computer Literacy**: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn internal systems
- ** Asset**: Forklift Certification

**Additional Information** Compensation & Benefits**
- Full-time, Monday through Friday Shift 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
- Hourly pay with occasional overtime opportunities
- Paid vacation, holidays and sick days
- Benefits after 3 months: Dental, health spending account and extended health care
- Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
