**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate the proposal development process from inception to submission, ensuring adherence to deadlines and compliance with requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and operations, to gather necessary information for proposals.
- Lead the preparation of proposal documents, including writing, editing, and formatting content to ensure clarity and professionalism.
- Implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of proposal development and submission workflows.
- Maintain a repository of proposal templates, past submissions, and best practices for future reference.
- Conduct post-submission reviews to identify areas for improvement in future proposals.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in proposal coordination or a related field is required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively.
- Background in sales or business development within the engineering sector is advantageous for understanding client needs and expectations.
- Familiarity with project management principles to oversee multiple proposals simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Experience in process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency within a team setting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $44,900.00-$79,500.00 per year
