**About the Role**

As our **Property Care Account Manager**, you'll be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their outdoor spaces remain vibrant and healthy. You’ll build trust with customers, monitor garden quality, and provide expert guidance while identifying and selling additional property enhancements.

This role is **a perfect fit** if you love working outdoors, have a strong horticultural background, and thrive on building relationships with clients.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Establish and maintain strong communication with clients—make them feel confident in our care
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor plant health and aesthetics
- Provide expert horticultural consulting and prescribe plant care treatments
- Identify opportunities for property enhancements and sell upgrades such as seasonal plantings, garden expansions, and pathway installations
- Work closely with our design and production teams to bring outdoor visions to life
- Ensure all work meets high-quality standards in aesthetics, beauty, and function
- Maintain detailed client records and proposals in our CRM system

**What You Bring**
- **5+ years of experience** in garden maintenance, with supervisory experience
- A **formal education** in horticulture, landscape architecture, construction management, or related fields
- Strong plant knowledge and horticultural expertise
- Excellent communication and sales skills—you love working with people
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Ability to learn and use **CRM and estimating software** (LMN, Smartsheet, etc.)
- A **valid driver’s license**

**Bonus Skills**:

- Experience with **Landscape Management Network (LMN)**
- Experience using **CRM software**
- Knowledge of **Smartsheet software**
