**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Kitchen Exhaust Hood Cleaning**

i. Perform maintenance and restoration cleaning of kitchen exhaust hoods, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards.

ii. Safely remove grease and buildup from ventilation systems to prevent fire hazards.

iii. Use appropriate tools and chemicals for the cleaning process.

**2. Exterior Pressure Washing**

i. Clean exterior surfaces of buildings, sidewalks, driveways, and other outdoor areas using pressure washing equipment.

ii. Remove dirt, grime, mold, and other contaminants from surfaces while avoiding damage to the property.

**3. Soft Washing**

i. Conduct soft washing on delicate surfaces such as roofs, sidings, and fences, utilizing low-pressure cleaning techniques.

**4. Gutter Cleaning**

i. Clean and remove debris from gutters and downspouts to prevent water damage and blockages.

ii. Inspect gutters for any damages or needed repairs, providing feedback to the client.

**5. Window Washing**

i. Wash windows for both residential and commercial properties, ensuring streak-free results.

ii. Use professional-grade tools and solutions to clean both interior and exterior glass surfaces.

**6. Commercial Deep Cleaning**

i. Perform comprehensive cleaning of various commercial spaces to the standards set out by Precision Property Care Inc.

**Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and safe chemical handling an asset, but not required as Precision Property Care Inc will provide all training and set quality expectations.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Valid driver’s license with no tickets/accidents and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Comfortable working with ladders and safety harnesses for elevated tasks.
- Comfortable working in tight spaces for extended periods
- Capable of standing, bending, and working in various positions for extended periods.

**Other Requirements**:

- Valid G driver's license with a clean driving record.
- No criminal record.

**Work Schedule**:
20-40 hours weekly; actual work hours vary day to day based on jobs scheduled. Some jobs require us to work early in the morning, others are late at night, while some are during the day. We do our best to create a schedule that allows proper rest between jobs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
