As a Campus Program Representative working in the Talent, Culture & Leadership team at Pomerleau Construction, you will play a pivotal role in the future success of the business operations through delivering exceptional customer service through attending events at educational institutions with schools and universities across Canada, integration of our interns and collaborating with colleagues to identify and retain high-potential interns for future employment. You will support the campus team to recruit interns to support our large-scale building and infrastructure projects - ranging from $1.5 million to upwards of $1 billion.
**What You Will Do**
- Strategize innovative approaches to enhance our campus offerings.
- Recruitment of interns across Canada.
- Assist with new intern integrations, supporting onboarding and providing additional assistance where needed.
- Plan events to promote unique opportunities to engage with students and promote Pomerleau’s Campus Excellence Program.
- Attend events at educational institutions with schools and universities across Canada.
- Collaborate with colleagues.
- Support the coordination of the Campus Excellence Program to ensure an incredible experience for all participants.
- Use your attention to details and communication skills to bring presentations to life and ensure top quality translation of documents in English and French.
- Develop and implement analytics and tracking systems to monitor campus alumni and build a robust campus pipeline.
- Promote campus initiatives through targeted campaigns and key events.
- Strategize innovative approaches to enhance our campus offerings.
- Deliver exceptional customer service through the experiences and guidance you provide to client groups.
- Take charge and follow up on important administrative tasks to guarantee the success of talent operations.
**This role could be for you if you have**
- 5 years of experience in recruitment, coordination, or program development is an asset.
- Ability to build exceptional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Confidence in stepping out of your comfort zone.
- Passion for people and developing relationships.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French to recruit talent and communicate with universities across Canada.
