Residence Services Representative

Le (a) représentant(e) des services en résidence est chargé(e) de répondre aux demandes des étudiants et des invités, aux requêtes de service, ainsi que d'exécuter les tâches opérationnelles quotidiennes. Il doit être capable d'écouter et de comprendre les besoins des invités et des étudiants afin de fournir un niveau de service approprié, en visant une satisfaction élevée en matière de service à la clientèle en tout temps. Le(a) représentant (e) des services en résidence travaille au comptoir d’accueil de la résidence et interagit fréquemment avec les étudiants, les invités et tous les membres de l’équipe du personnel de la résidence.
**2. Fonctions essentielles et responsabilités principales**
- Offrir un excellent service à la clientèle lors des appels téléphoniques, par courriel et en personne
- Utiliser le logiciel informatique de Campus Living Centres
- Effectuer des tâches administratives financières, y compris le traitement des paiements, des factures et l'examen des comptes
- Maintenir la surveillance vidéo et s'assurer que les caméras enregistrent en tout temps
- Communiquer les informations pertinentes entre les membres du personnel
- Respecter la confidentialité des étudiants et des invités
- Connaître les procédures d'urgence et les consignes relatives au personnel de garde
- Savoir qui contacter dans diverses situations, notamment le personnel de la résidence et les entrepreneurs en charge des installations
- S'assurer que le statut des chambres est mis à jour par le service de ménage
- Gérer de manière professionnelle les réservations, les arrivées, les départs et le règlement des comptes
- Maintenir l'apparence du comptoir, du hall et des espaces de bureau en tout temps
- Comprendre le fonctionnement des différents départements du bâtiment, notamment l’entretien, le ménage, la vie en résidence, et les ventes et conférences
- Assurer les opérations du comptoir d’accueil, y compris : la création de cartes-clés pour les invités, la gestion des paiements, l'administration financière, la production de rapports de bureau, et le maintien de l'ordre et de la propreté dans les zones clés
- S'assurer que les clés du bâtiment sont utilisées de manière appropriée et responsable
- Effectuer toute autre tâche assignée

- Travailler de manière sécuritaire et utiliser les dispositifs, mesures et procédures de protection requis par la Loi sur la santé et la sécurité au travail (LSST), les règlements et les directives de
- Campus Living Centres (ex. : porter des chaussures de sécurité, attacher les cheveux, retirer les
- bijoux ou les vêtements amples autour des pièces mobiles, etc.).
- Les modules de formation en ligne et la formation en personne doivent être complétés avant de commencer les tâches régulières.
- La formation sur le SIMDUT 2015, le système SGH et les procédures opérationnelles standards doit être complétée avant le début des tâches régulières.

Formation : Diplôme d'études secondaires, un certain niveau collégial ou universitaire est préféré
Compétences / Aptitudes:
- Excellentes compétences en communication verbale
- Excellentes compétences en service à la clientèle
- Attitude positive
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome sans supervision constante
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément
Expérience requise : Minimum d’un an d’expérience dans le secteur ou équivalent en service à la clientèle

**1. Position Summary and Job Magnitude**
The Residence Services Representative is responsible for responding to student and guest inquiries, service requests, and carrying out daily operational duties. They must be able to listen and understand the needs of guests and students and deliver the appropriate level of service, striving for high customer service satisfaction at all times. The Residence Services Representative will work out of the front desk of the residence and have a high level of interaction with students and guests, as well as all members of the residence staff team.
**2. Essential Functions and Basic Duties**
- Utilize Campus Living Centres’ computer software
- Financial administration, including processing payments, invoices, and reviewing accounts
- Maintain video surveillance and ensure that cameras are recording at all times
- Communicate pertinent information between staff
- Maintain student and guest privacy
- Knowledge of emergency procedures and on-call staff procedures
- Know who to contact for various situations, including residence staff and facility contractors
- Ensure the room status is updated from the housekeeping department
- Handle in a professional manner; reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and account settlement
- Maintain the appearance of the desk, lobby and office area at all times
- Understanding of building departments, including maintenance, housekeeping, residence life, and conference and sales
