*Job Overview*

*Duties*
- Utilize hand tools to assemble and install products
- Perform heavy lifting as needed during installations
- Construct, build, and repair structures as required
- Utilize carpentry skills to complete installation projects
- Use of a metal brake to bend fascia box corners and window cladding as needed
- Perform maintenance person tasks as necessary

*Qualifications*
- Proficiency with hand tools for assembly and installation tasks
- Ability to read and understand blueprints for accurate installations
- Capability to lift heavy objects during installations
- Experience in carpentry or related field is a plus
- Knowledge of caulking techniques for sealing installations
- Knowledge of use with metal brake

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
