We are seeking carpenters and general labourers to join our team on the Eastern Shore. As a team member, you will be responsible for various new construction and renovation projects. There will be a focus on new construction, custom build projects -- where our team handles all tasks related to building new homes aside from site work, septic, well, mechanical, and drywall. This is a hands-on role that requires at least 1 year of experience with power tools, hand tools, and various construction techniques. If you have a passion for carpentry and enjoy working in a fast-paced, casual, and entertaining environment, we would love to hear from you.

- Measure, cut, and shape materials according to specifications
- Install siding, flooring, roofing, etc
- Frame homes, garages, and sheds
- Install windows and doors
- Perform general labor duties as needed
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

- Proven experience as a Carpenter/Laborer or similar role is a bonus, with 1+ years of experience.
- MUST be able to at least measure and cut straight.
- Proficient in using power tools and hand tools
- Knowledge of construction techniques and materials
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills required.
- Must have own transportation.
- Required to have the basic tools (belt, hammer, tape, etc). Bonus if you have your own power tools.

Performance bonuses are offered to employees who go above and beyond.

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
