_**Construction Labourer**_

We currently have an immediate opportunity to join our team of professionals in the role of **Construction Labourer**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Complete all work as assigned for homes from the foundation phase to finish, including warranty.
- Completing deficiencies during construction, including but not limited to trim work, painting, drywall and framing.
- Manage materials on site to reduce waste and damage, including loading, unloading and organizing material.
- Ensure overall appearance and livability of our communities is maintained while under construction.
- Ensures all work is being done in a safe manner and enforce safety standards and laws within position’s scope of authority. Ensures homes are as clean and aesthetically appealing as possible while under construction.
- Prepare and expedite project deficiency lists.
- Clearing debris and waste from the job site daily as required.
- Preparing worksites and materials.

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant construction experience
- Good knowledge and clear understanding of construction methods
- Intensely focused on delivering a quality product, takes pride in building a zero-defect home
- Time management, multi-tasking and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills required, both oral and written
- Hands on construction skill including but not limited to carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring & siding.
- Valid driver’s license with clean abstract
