You understand the accounting processes and demonstrate time management skills. Problem-solving is your forte, and you're not afraid to step out of your comfort zone to tackle challenges. You are adept at utilizing online tools and platforms to support both internal and external processes.
**Responsibilities**:
- Create and record all client invoices, and accurately input payments received via credit card, cheque, and direct deposit into accounting tracking systems.
- Prepare reports and update systems and workbooks for client meetings.
- Conduct all aspects of bookkeeping, including daily, weekly, and monthly bank account, credit card, and GL reconciliation.
- Generate consolidated invoices and monthly statements for clients.
- Carry out day-to-day transactions on clients' accounts.
- Payroll Hour Tracking and Processing.
- Accounts Payable Tracking and Processing.
- Accounts Receivable Weekly and monthly Review with Owner.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance is preferred.
- Minimum of 3+ years of accounting experience.
- 2 years of hands-on experience working in QuickBooks Online (preferred) or equivalent accounting programs.
- Proven ability to work effectively with mínimal supervision, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in G-suite and MS Office, as well as communication programs (e.g., Slack, Teams), and any other client-specific tools.
- Quickbooks Payroll Processing experience is preferred.
- PHSM (Principles of Health & Safety Management), LSE (Leadership for Safety Excellence), OHS (Legislation Awareness) courses are preferred.
How to Apply:
**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
