**BDC Customer Experience Specialist**

You will help develop creative solutions and engagement methods to meet and exceed customer expectations. You will reinforce to our customers that behind our great product and service are great people committed to building long-term relationships.

**Responsibilities and Duties may include**
- Client Appointment Coordination (Service and Sales)
- Phone and Switchboard Operator
- assisting with our Social Media accounts
- Transaction Cashiering & Record Keeping
- Administrative Support
- Other duties as assigned
